Behind the work

Austin Wheeler.

Photographer, marketer and wildland firefighter based in South Jersey.

I’m Austin Wheeler, a photographer, marketer and wildland firefighter based in South Jersey. My work brings together portraits, places, food and drink — and the stories that connect them.

My work moves between the field, the taproom and the frame—built around honest images, useful stories and a close understanding of the people and places involved.
